Current Job Opening:
- Responsibilities include:
SharePoint Developer responsibilities generally include the development and
maintenance of SharePoint Team Sites, Document Libraries, Custom Lists and
more. SharePoint Developers typically help establish site security,
cross-site groups and web parts. SharePoint Developers may need experience
with other technologies, including Microsoft Servers
- Responsibilities include:
A both broad and deep technology knowledge knowledge and the ability to
architect SharePoint solutions by mapping common customer business problems
to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior
level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business
value, and .NET is also a must. Architects are key enablers for other
consultants and partner staff. They oversee delivery of the largest, and
most complex, and most strategic projects for enterprise customers.
Architects focus on one or more key lifecycle segments: opportunity,
delivery, or operations. In-depth architecture specialties may include
enterprise, industry, platform, and solutions.
- Responsibilities include:
Must be able to utilize SharePoint and training experience to deliver expert
SharePoint adoption of SharePoint to clients/students through live, perform
on-site training and breakout sessions, lead individual breakout sessions,
give advice to students on all aspects of SharePoint and create and
enjoyable and fun environment for learning SharePoint.
- Responsibilities include:
Approving solution for release that ensures all issues are identified and
addressed properly before client use.
- Responsibilities include:
knowing their way around Central Administration from search settings to
creating site collections. He or she should also have a solid understanding
of IIS, Active directory and STSadm SharePoint command line parameters.
Most importantly they should have a firm understanding of what SharePoint
can do OOTB (out of the box) and what it cannot do without major
manipulation. They also need to manage expectations of what their managers
have somehow come to believe is possible with little effort in MOSS 07
(probably from a sales call with everyone on it except a SharePoint person).
These are just SOME of
the areas an Admin should be familiar with and have working knowledge on.
Obviously there are many mediums between. For example, SSP’s alone command a
lot of understanding.
There's a reason why some of world's largest companies and enterprises use Bellamys:
