Am I required to bring my own laptop computer to class in order to
take a Bellamys training class?
Students do not have to bring their own laptop to a training class. Our training facilities are fully furnished with
all of your qualifying needs for the course. We also have guest wireless networks.
Can Bellamys provide On-Site training at my
company's location?
Bellamys is a true global SharePoint Provider and Microsoft Gold partner.
On nearly all occasions, Bellamys can provide same service with our On-Site training at
your location that is offered at our public training facilities.
Does Bellamys offer online courses?
Yes. Bellamys offers Web-based training on a variety of SharePoint
disciplines. These can be scheduled as private bespoke courses. We also
host a variety of public courses.
What is the dress code for Bellamys
classes?
We suggest you wear business casual clothing. Relaxed wear is fine, as long as your
appearance is not overly distracting. We want you to be comfortable and ready to
learn above all.
Does the total cost of the course include
the material that I can take home with me?
Yes, the cost does cover manuals.
What forms are payment are accepted?
Credit card, company check, and purchase order for payment are all accepted.
Does Bellamys allow Microsoft Software
Assurance Training Vouchers to be used as payment?
Yes. Bellamys is a Microsoft Gold Partner.
Is my hotel lodging included in the
original price?
No; however, we have discounted rates and there are hotels less than 100 yards
away available for long durations. We also have apartment shares available.
Are my meals included in the price?
No; however, there are many value-priced restaurants within 100
yards of the facility and many others within a 5 mile radius.
Beverages and light refreshments are provided.
What are the exact class hours and times?

our website. Courses typically run from 9am to 5 pm.
Are the classes held at Bellamys Training
centers?
Yes. We train
you at our own facility that we have designed so that you obtain the
best training experience possible. In addition to this, there are exclusive
reading and assignment opportunites to apply your knowledge to over the
weekend.
I'm going to have questions I'll want
answered in class. Can I ask questions in class?
Please do! Our instructors encourage class activity and would never want to
leave any of our atendees behind. For the most part, any questions you have
can be answered in class; however, if your question is of less relevance to the class
as a whole it may be answered one-on-one with the intructors after class,
during lunch, or during any other down time available.
How do I decide which course is right for
me?

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the course will be
charged $300. Cancellations within 30 days of the start of the course
will be charged for the full deposit. Refunds will be sent no later than
30 days after the scheduled course start date.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer refund
discounts and group signup discounts.
Do you provide certificates of completion?
Yes. if you took the course, then you earned it! We will gladly hand you
your certifiicate of completion upon your finishing your course.
Is there an instructor present at every

Our courses are led by Instructors every day that class takes place.
